PointMars Digital provides software development and IT services. All transactions are processed in Serbian dinars (RSD).
Delivery of digital services (e.g., software solutions, hosting) is conducted electronically upon order confirmation. Physical goods, if applicable, are shipped via courier services within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation for digital services (Purchase/SMS transaction) or reserved and charged upon shipment for physical goods (Authorization/DMS transaction). Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs or export restrictions, which will be communicated to the customer.
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you may submit a complaint within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at [email protected]. For digital products, refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion if the service fails to meet the agreed specifications. For physical goods, returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at [email protected], provided the service has not been delivered or the physical product has not been shipped. No additional fees apply for cancellations within this period. After 24 hours or once delivery/shipment begins, cancellations are subject to our refund policy.
In case of a return or cancellation, refunds will be processed exclusively via VISA, MasterCard, or Maestro payment methods to the original card used for the purchase. Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval and may take up to 30 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
“In the event of returning goods or refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with a credit card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, PointMars Digital is obliged to process the refund exclusively through VISA, MC, and Maestro payment methods, meaning the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account upon the seller’s request.”
When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, representing the most advanced cryptographic technology available. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by our payment processor, AIK Banka ad Beograd, and the entire payment process takes place on the bank’s pages. At no point are card details accessible to our system.
