Our Solution

We developed Eagle TMS, a web-based application with responsive design that works across all devices. The system features dedicated modules for each department while maintaining data integration across the platform.

Dispatch Module

The dispatch module enables operators to efficiently manage loads, assign drivers, optimize routes, and track deliveries in real-time. It includes load planning, driver scheduling, and automated customer notifications.

Accounting Module

The accounting module handles all financial aspects including invoicing, payroll, expense tracking, and financial reporting. It integrates with popular accounting software while providing trucking-specific financial management tools.

Safety Module

This module ensures regulatory compliance by tracking driver qualifications, managing inspections, monitoring Hours of Service (HOS), and maintaining accident records. It provides alerts for upcoming compliance requirements and generates compliance reports.

Fleet Module

The fleet module manages vehicle maintenance schedules, tracks vehicle performance metrics, monitors fuel usage, and helps optimize fleet operations. It includes maintenance alerts and detailed vehicle history records.

Administration

A centralized administration panel provides access control, system configuration, user management, and cross-departmental reporting capabilities.
